Hello everyone !!!

OK, first of all let me say that girl power Rocks !!! ou Go Ali !!! Yes I watched the biggest loser !!! Jillian I wish I had the chance to meet you !!! But for everyone else out there let start to say thank you for reading this and Yes I was a personal cert. trainer at 24 hour fitness and I so miss it !! I was good at it and I love to help woman reach there goal and how just a lil push goes a long ways and they turn into some hot mama's  LOL everyone has it in then I want my life back as well. I have worked very hard to becoming a good trainer there really is alot more involved then people might think, You must have a really deep fire inside to beable to reach other people... It is a gift in my eyes. I always practiced what I preached and I let all my clients know nothing came easy for me as well it was my life I had to change as well.. But now I found myself lost in a depression I am fighting my way out!! I need all the advice and help, support I can get !!! I welcome all to respond please !!! I can't wait to here from you all real soon untill take care of you first and foremost !!! then you can be that much better to your loved ones !!!
