Break 140 by Monday. I've set a goal for my self this weekend. SInce I've managed to stay at 140lbs. my goal is to break the 140's this week and get into the 130's! Gosh it's been over a year since I weighed 130 something. I hope I can log on here Monday and change my weight to 138 or at least 139.
We have had guests in town all week and tomorrow more come. It's hard to stay on track when there is socializing involved. I know I have a dinner tomorrow night and that there will be beer drunk on Saturday (in my defense it IS beer drunk with a great deal of walking involved!) I will have to be super conscious of everything that touches these lips!!!
I did sign up for 3 pilates classes b/t now and Sunday and I will go! There are so darn expensive there is no way I can NOT go!!
Here's hoping I can report the milestone on Monday!!
