because of my accident from getting kicked by a horse, I can't do any type of workout except core strengthening of my arms. All i've been doing is sitting in my house on the couch, and eating food. I feel like how i used to be back 2 years ago. That's all I did. I was 15 years old, 4'11'' and weighed 145 pounds, for my height that makes me overweight. I used to have no control of what I ate, and did absolutley no physical activity except ride my horse, and that isnt very much. I finally did something about it, and lost 35 pounds within 3 months. I admit I didn't make very healthy descisions, because I didn't eat very much of anything over that course of the summer. A year ago, I started to eat more, but more healthy things other than crash dieting and walked EVERYWHERE. I got down to my happy weight of 110 lbs. but this school year has become extremelly stressful for me. Also my boyfriend hasn't really helped becaue he's UNDERWEIGHT and eats anything he possibly can.. God I wish I had his metabolism. But over the past few months I put on 15 lbs, and its getting rediculous. I just want to get down to my weight I used to be, and in shape.
I might also get a blood test to see how my thyroid is, because it's very much likely that I have thyroid problems, and that's whats making me struggle.
I guess i'll start once my injury has healed.
