Breakfast: clementine
Lunch: spinach wrap - spinach tortilla, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, and green peppers; Brisk Ice Tea; 2 sugar cookies
Dinner: Mom's special Paprika and cheese chicken in puff pastries ( 3 mini puff pastries and 1 scoop of soup) 2 glasses of milk
Dessert: 2 mini puff pastries with whipped cream, marionberry sauce, and caramel; 1 glass of milk
WHY?
why am i craving sugary foods...i have a really bad sweet tooth and i need help getting rid of that and replacing those unhealthy foods with deliscious and nutrious foods. i love fruits so i would love to eat more of them.
YAY!
Today for dinner i only i had 1 serving! Over eating is a huge problem. I eat it just becuase its infront of me not because im hungry!
