The Biggest Loser League

I have recently discovered that a smaller plate leads to smaller serving sizes when you eat. This will reduce your portions when you eat, causing you to eat less and still feel full (depending on how much smaller the plate is).

 Summary: Smaller Plate = Smaller you!

Break 140 by Monday. I've set a goal for my self this weekend. SInce I've managed to stay at 140lbs. my goal is to break the 140's this week and get into the 130's! Gosh it's been over a year since I weighed 130 something. I hope I can log on here Monday and change my weight to 138 or at least 139.

We have had guests in town all week and tomorrow more come. It's hard to stay on track when there is socializing involved. I know I have a dinner tomorrow night and  that there will be beer drunk on Saturday (in my defense it IS beer drunk with a great deal of walking involved!) I will have to be super conscious of everything that touches these lips!!!

I did sign up for 3 pilates classes b/t now and Sunday and I will go! There are so darn expensive there is no way I can NOT go!! 

Here's hoping I can report the milestone on Monday!!

New week, new challenges. 

Hi everyone! So last week was my most successful weight loss week thus far. Roughly I have 80 days to drop (my dream would be) 20lbs. Thats one pound every 4 days or 2lbs a week give or take. Can it be done?? That is the million dollar question on my mind. I WISH I wasn't a stress eater b/c I am starting to sweat under pressure. Getting married is TO MUCH TO HANDLE!!!
