I have recently discovered that a smaller plate leads to smaller serving sizes when you eat. This will reduce your portions when you eat, causing you to eat less and still feel full (depending on how much smaller the plate is).

I want to welcome you to team FOOD ABUSERS.  I know the name is harsh but that is exactly what I am.  So I only see it fitting.  I would love for you to join my team I am looking for people who want to get there life on track mind and body.  That is exactly what I am doing with mine.  I have been a large person for all my life.  I have always desired to be a smaller person.  I have just lacked the determination and commitment to achieve this.  As I'm sure so many people out there struggle with this same problem.  I would like to invite you to join me in my quest to GROW MY CONFIDENCE BY SHRINKING MY BELLY.

Breakfast- I had a bowl of shredded wheat cereal. With a banana.

Snack- banana

Lunch- I had purple hull peas, corn, and 2 boiled breast strips.

Dinner- 2 pork loin slices cooked on the grill with boiled squash, and green beans
