Hi Team 100 And Fabulous!
It's been great to hear how you all are doing! For new members of the team -- and older members -- this is a reminder to POST YOUR WEIGHT LOSS on the TEAM BLOG once a week (Sunday Night or Monday AM). Some folks have been posting in their own blog sections, but to have a SHARED experience, you need to post where it is visible to the TEAM. Also I'm posting weekly challenges on the TEAM BLOG. If you go to the TEAM's blog and all you see is your own posts, remember to go to the bottom right and click on the small blue letters that say "View all blog posts" and Voila!
THIS WEEK's CHALLENGE is a repeat of last week's . I'd still like to see more of you research your BMR and post the calories that you need to MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT daily. Next, for those of you who did that already, calculate your GOAL WEIGHT BMR. That's the BMR you would need to maintain your GOAL WEIGHT. We will use these numbers to calculate the calorie deficit you need to create daily to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. When you are educated with real information, you are armed for weight loss. Please POST this information before Next Tuesday's WEEK #4 of BIGGEST LOSER (i.e. due by MONDAY 1/26)
