Hi. Sorry I didn't see your comment before, still getting used to the layout of the page. I live downtown at Spadina and Dundas, which is nicely close to school. As far as diet is concerned, I'm trying to make my meals more colourful. Generally, increasing dark greens (like spinach, which I love) and including at least 2 other vegetables of different colours to the meal... also, makes the meal look more appetising, lol. I am trying to focus on using my calories usefully too... I am a big coffee drinker (and juice, etc, basically liquid calories), so I'm trying to cut down a bit. Also, I'm trying to think of how much nutrition I'm getting from what I'm eating. I have cut down on carbs quite a bit, but not so much that I'd call it low carb... I just think eliminating a lot of the sugary foods I was having before has helped. I really need to learn more about eating a balanced diet in order to really understand how I should be eating. I am scared of writing down everything I eat, because I think it will be a lot more than I think I am... What are you doing exercise wise? How do you balance your calorie intake?
