sooo Brain what's up? how has things been going??? i know the computer thing is such a pain, but you know what i mean!! how are the workout appt? going????? how is things going in general??? wife ,family, you? me i have been sick seems like forever!! last weekend it was like a 48hr bug, got better so i thought, got sick in my stomach and the right side of my ribs like liver and gallbladder. went to er at 9:30 pm sun nite til 10:00am mon morn to be told go home rest, drink clear fluids and come back if the pain gets worse. {hello 7 year collage grad, the pain got worse thats why i'm here!!!} i mean really. sorry i'm ranting again. anywayi'm just taking my time on my workouts til i'm well. good luck with your challenge with judy this week. lov ya gilma
