Wonder where all these blog entries end up....
Resolution one (Fitness): Increase movement in my life on a daily basis. How: starting at 5,000 steps a day on the pedometer this week and increasing each week by 500 steps per day until I reach 10,000 per day. Also considering taking a group fitness class.
Resolution two (Food): Continue with Jenny Craig program until goal is reached (Dec 2010)
Resolution three (Fianances): Stick to budget and save $5000 additional by end of year.
Resolution for (Faith): Explore local church options and start attending regularly.
