okay so it has been awhile since I got on...however I have been working out and watching what I eat. Instead of a stair challange lets do a calorie challange. Lets shoot to burn an extra 3,500 calories in a week, this equals about 1 pound of body weight. You can do it by watching what you eat, exercsing or a combo of both.

WHOO HOO!!! I went to the gym yesterday and knocked out about 400 calories on the eliptical machine. Then I did that Horrific stair machine that never ends... I'm thinking of a stair challenge for the team. Eight floors a day? Thoughts?
