My name is Ben, my freinds call me Big Daddy Hill (BDH) I am 29 and I am a married father of two from a town North of Jacksonville, Florida called Fernandina Beach. At the begining of August I noticed a bump on my stomache, so i went to have it checked out. Days later I got one on my butt. So I went to the emergency room. About 15 hours and a cat scan later I had to have emergency staff removal surgery. That day I weighed 318 pounds. My blood glucose level was 499. Yeah, 499. I lost 30 pounds in a way you do not wanna lose it. That's why I call myself Luckydad. I spent 3 weeks away from home and it sucked! I am still home recovering at home, trying to eat better and lose weight. The biggest loser has always inspired me but I cannot do it alone, my family tries so hard to help but I am just hard headed I guess. This morning I weighed in at 285.4, my lightest in 12 years! I am living the biggest loser experience, but id love to have bob or jillian come to my house and work the crap out of me for a few hours, lol. I encourage everyone to go to your doctor and get your blood tested as soon as you can because I thought I was ok. I wasn't eating that bad at all when I went in the hospitil, but it wasn't good enough.
