Just gave birth to a preemie but healthy 5lb boy-Stone Anthony on Feb 16th. Its been almost 2 weeks and I've dropped 15lbs to make it 154. I have not been this skinny since 2001! I am still hoping to lose 13 more lbs to make it 141. I am eating in moderation and taking small walks. Can't do much for a few more weeks. I don't know why I lost the weight well but I do believe that smaller portions and watching what I ate even when it came to cravings helped. I ate candy and burgers but only a little bit and now that lil man is out I am back to chicken/almost no meat at all. I did have Gestational Diabetes during my pregnancy and it was managed by diet. For anyone with Diabetes on this site...Your diet is so important but I found that when I walked a lot during the day it helped my blood sugar out even when I had the occasional "bad" day. Take care all! This biggest loser season is awesome so far!
