a_squared - That exercise does look funny, but I am going to give it a shot this week.
For my April goal it is still going to be tied to my training for the 5K, but it is going to be a two part goal. For the first half of the month I want to be able to walk/run 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. By the end of April I want to be running the full 5K. I am going to start walking/running 2.5 miles every night and on April 15th I will increase to doing 3.1 miles. This will mean I will have to start running in front of my boyfriend, which I am still nervous about doing, but I know I have his support. Now that the weather is warmer I may just disappear to the park to run, because it don't seem to bother me to run in front of people I don't know. Strange I know.
