Last week's challenge was to try a new exercise. In my Fit and Firm aerobics class, the 'Fire Hydrant' was introduced. The name just tickles me. The first set, I couldn't hear the instructor as we were switching positions, but I was thinking "Man, is this hard?!" We were 30 minutes or so in. The second set was difficult, but I was LMBO because . . . well, you're basically exhibiting the behavior of a dog when it 'goes.'
