The Biggest Loser League

I do like when TBL gives a person another shot to be on the ranch, and I was really happy to see them vote Victoria back on.  I was irritated that Melissa was able to win the challenge and get back on the ranch.  Her whole reason of being there is the money, and to me that is wrong.  In ways I wish they would take the money prize away and give them something to help them continue on their journey of staying healthy.  So I do hope that she goes home fairly quickly. 

I have been enjoying evening walks with the kids at the park this week, and I sure hope this warm weather sticks around.  Hope everyone is having a great week!

THINK ABOUT DOING, NOT ACHIEVING

If  you visualize yourself taking the practical steps needed to reach your goals, you're far more likely to succeed than if you simply fantasize about your dreams becoming a reality. a_squared - That exercise does look funny, but I am going to give it a shot this week. 

For my April goal it is still going to be tied to my training for the 5K, but it is going to be a two part goal.  For the first half of the month I want to be able to walk/run 2.5 miles in 30 minutes.  By the end of April I want to be running the full 5K.  I am going to start walking/running 2.5 miles every night and on April 15th I will increase to doing 3.1 miles.  This will mean I will have to start running in front of my boyfriend, which I am still nervous about doing, but I know I have his support.  Now that the weather is warmer I may just disappear to the park to run, because it don't seem to bother me to run in front of people I don't know.  Strange I know.
