I have the strangest question, but . . . If you consistently drink 8 glasses of water per day, does your body get accustom to it? And by that, I mean, will having to go to the ladies' room lessen over a period of time? The latter part of my summer, I tried testing it out because I read people who drink 8 glasses of water a day, everyday lose weight more regularly but I had to cease once fall semester began because I had early classes that I did not want to interrupt by leaving for the restroom every 20 minutes. I was doing one glass before breakfast, one during and one after, two with lunch and three glasses in the same fashion as breakfast with dinner. That's the only thing that irks me and prevents me from drinking water as I should. Would it be dumb to plan drinking water around my schedule? I can't help but laugh considering this inquiry but I've got to know.
