Measurements on 12/31/2009:

Bicep - 15.3
Forearm - 10.8
Wrist - 6.4

Test Results on 1/1/2010:
1 Minute Sit Up - 30
1 Minute Push Up - 42 On my Knee's. I'm not strong enough for normal push ups yet
1 MILE Test - On my IMAGE 8.25 Elliptical, these are the numbers. On thewalkingsite.com it says that a mile consists of 2000 steps and thats what i measured it on.

today was the last day of the month and I went to do my measurement and weighed in. I normally don't weight in 2 times a week but on the last week of the month i usually do. Today i lost another 2 pounds and am at 187. That makes 7 Pounds for the month. Wish it would have been 10, but it will take 7. And as for my measurments, i went down 2 inches on my hips and waist. As for my Test Results, they went down a little but like i said last week. I pulled back on my excercise alot this week. So i expected not so good test results. I am feeling pretty good and i hope all of you had success this month. Lets do it all over again in February
