I had to make a few removals and I really do not like that part but I really felt we needed to offer those places to other active members who need support. Here are the team members that were removed.

As for next weeks weigh in. You can choose to weigh in from the following: Wed, Thurs or Fri. BIG NOTE*** this is not because of the big meal ---so no cheating there---stay focused the whole time. Yes have a piece of pie or those things you love at this time of year but remember portion control. I chose to change the weigh in because people travel and are busy with family at this time of year. I will still be weighing in on Friday like some others on the team. I wanted to again remind everyone that I will be on during the holiday so if you need support I will be here and others have said they will be around too. We can do this and make it a great holiday at the same time. I am looking forward to not having that OMG why did I eat that much feeling :-)
