I have fallen off my plan my Birthday next month and I'm trying to drop as much weight as i can but this whole week i been eating sweets and salty food . I live in a house with younger kids that eat sweet and and salty food I'm so use to joining them that i fell into there eating habit this week. I just need everyone to send me motivation comments and little tips to get me through the week . It been hard but as u guys can see i gained double the weight back . I start back on my plan tomorrow so everyone please help me out . Thanks everyone
