Hi all,

Well it was a busy week here. Gabe turned 9 on Wednesday! We have had a blizzard... really this much snow in October can't be a good start to a winter! So besides my regular exercise I got to shovel lots of snow. I am at 235 this morning, which makes it 10 lbs for the month. Now I start again and try to hit 10 off for November. Hope you are all well and have a fantastic weekend.

Good morning ladies! Just want to wish you all good luck as you face off the scale this morning. I'm sure you will all do well, and if not, just remember that today is a brand new day...a fresh start! I lost 3 pounds this week and I'm excited. I hit my personal goal of losing 12 pounds this month!!! I am now beginning my new short term goal...to lose 10 pounds in November. With determination and hard work we can all reach our goals...you go girls...I'm with you!!!!

Hi ladies...I am going to jump on the bandwagon and set my goal for the 10 pound weight loss too. I have been sick for the past couple of days and haven't had the strength to exercise and I feel guilty about that. Hopefully today I can get back on track! Good luck to all of you on reaching your goals...I know that you can do it!!!!

Goal for Nov

I am with both of you Ang and Sue! I am going to set my goal as losing 10 pounds by the end of November. That will help me reach my goal of being down to 199 by Jan 1st. I love this challenge, it's getting my motivation revved up! I really need everyone's support to do this because I feel like I've been on an emotional rollercoaster with this weight loss thing. I KNOW we can do it! Let's get started....
