I would like to apologize for not being on here in forever. And as you can tell I have put back on everything I had lost, plus added even a few more pounds. I have started a challenge with my company and the community to slim down in 10 weeks. So I have some motivation there, because I can get rewarded along the way and for the rest of my life. I had some issues in my family life which is part of the reason for the weight gain, but also because I wasn't making the right choices.
I now have a Kinect and I am using The Biggest Loser game on there. Currently I am doing the 4 week jump start, to get me back active. I make sure to choose the extra fitness challenge tasks to complete before my next workout to encourage me to do extra. I am hoping to get to at least 200 by Christmas, and hopefully before. I need to start walking 3 miles every night and I will lose it. Back in 2006 I walked 3 miles every night and within 3 months I had dropped 50 pounds. I will try to be more active on here and sorry I have been absent for so long. I hope you still post weekly challenges, because those also motivate me to add more exercise and will help to get me to my goal even faster.
