For the week of January 19, our team challenge is to walk or run 30 minutes each day!
It would be wise to pair up with someone for accountability reasons, but if you trust your determination, then WE trust YOU.
Here are some ways you can meet this challenge:
Walk/run on the treadmill at your local gym.
Take a power walk around your neighborhood, if it's safe.
Gather up some office teammates during lunch or after work and WALK briskly to grab a light lunch or dinner, but it must be somewhere far away!
Use your workout logs on your profile to let us know how you did each day!

Our very first team challenge, to begin on January 12, is to eat ONLY healthy snacks in the office between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyday, a team member or two will brink in a healthy snack (THAT DOESN'T MEAN QUESADILLAS, vanessar!).
The schedule is:
