Hello there! Welcome to The Biggest Loser League! A big congrats on making the choice to changing you life to a healthier one. I've been a member of TBLL since it first started back in 2008. My best advice is to join a team here because they are the key for support and motivation here. Truthfully, there are hundreds of teams, but only a handful are active. If you find one you like contact that team captain and see if they're accepting new members or even up and running.
