Hey girlfriend! Great show on Tuesday huh? I cannot believe Shay is gone. I was truly shocked that they voted her out when she told them she's not there to win but to live. She's doing good at home though. It was Daniel's time and I wasn't so sad or shocked about that. I was shocked that David from last season said he had more important things than weight loss. Are you kidding me? When does you health and life become second to anything? I hope it clicks with him one day soon. I'm going to a Christmas Festival at our convention center on Friday with my Mom, its tradition since I was in H.S. I hear the s word for Denver again this weekend, SNOW! Its not going to be as much as the blizzard a couple of weeks ago. You know I never leave without a quote for everyone and this one is from Shay who was voted out this week. .................... " You can get back your life. You can live instead of die. " (Shay, TBL) This is not easy for anyone to do. We all have ups and downs on this weight loss journey. Some days we have really good days and other days we want to give up, but remember if Shay can do this we all can. Hey my TBLL buddy! I'm so happy that the craziness on the show called Tracy is gone! It took them long enough. I do admit that she's done an amazing job at home and looks really good. Its funny that the quote I'm sending you is from her, but she said something that struck me and made me say a-ha she's right. Yep, I said that. So, what did she say? Tracy said, " When you start something. You should finish it." How true is that. Its time for us to continue on this journey that we each started and get to that finish line. We can do it! Hello my friend! Yippee its the weekend! We're suppose to get snow late Saturday into Sunday. So, I'll be getting all my things done tomorrow. I hope you have a great weekend and maybe get a little rest as well. You know I'll be glued to the T.V. tomorrow night as my beloved Yankees attempt to finish off the Angels and advance to the World Series! Woo Hoo! So, of course I have something for you to think about this weekend. Here goes ............... " Whether we realize it or not, all of us are responsible for creating the body we live in." (Deepak Chopra) Think about that, so simple, but so true. It's always been up to us and no one else. Remember that when making food choices this weekend. Hey there! Just finished up TBL this week. It was sad to see Dina go because I so wanted Tracy gone this week. She might of been quiet this week, but she still annoyed me whenever she was on and talking. I'm just over her. I'm telling you she'll end up somewhere near the finals and the blue team will be kicking themselves for not getting her out when they could of. We're halfway through another week. How's it going for you? Stay focused and on top of you weight loss journey. This should help you out a bit ............... " Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal." Hey there! It's TBL day!!! I just love when TBL is on. I wonder what Bob is going to say when he sees Tracy is still there? Let's just hope she doesn't do anything crazy or win anything this week. We can all hope. Just like the little train that could, you need to think the same thing. "I think I can! I think I can! I think I can! I think I can!"
