The Biggest Loser League

Hello there! Welcome to The Biggest Loser League! Congrats on taking a step in the right direction to make a healthier you. I've been a member since the early weeks of the league back in September 2008. You will find that this site is full of support and motivation from other members. There are many teams to choose from by clicking the TEAMS tab. Check them out and see if one fits you. There are many teams here that are not active. It's a good idea to get in touch with that team captain to see. Also go to the BOARDS and meet new people. You can never have too many friends supporting you here so, feel free to add me as one of yours. Always remember that everything you need to make your journey a success is already inside you. You just have to trust and believe enough to bring it out and have it work for you to win this battle you're on. You can make it happen!
