Hi Kathy, sorry to hear about the accident going in to work and you not being able to get away. Work stress can hinder a lot of things in our lives. I usually eat lunch at my desk so I can get on here to catch up and be sure I am eating healthy. But when the stress level is high I go out for lunch to get away and there isn't many healthy choices around me. Being stressed before going home also keeps me from wanting to do much or put up with much. I have overcome one fault and that was I used to eat whenever I was stressed. I used to be an emotional eater, but I have finally overcome that. We are all here for you and understand there are just some days you don't want to exercise or care what foods you are eating. I still have days like that, and Saturday is going to be one of them. LOL

Kathy, I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone in the weight gain. I weighed myself last night and I had gained 8 pounds in the past few weeks. It was probably more than that, but I have done good with working out this week. I am hoping that I can bring it down at least another pound before my normal weigh in tomorrow morning, but I understand what you are going through. The key to remember is our weight is going to fluctuate, but we can't let it get us down. We just have to keep moving forward and striving for the healthier bodies we all want! You can do it!

Hey Kathy, I just saw your post on the team page. I want you to know that we have all been there. The important thing is that you stick with it. Never let it keep you down. You will be able to move past it and the weight will come back off. I cant count how many times I have had this happen to me. Let me just say that I thought I would be at my goal weight before now and I am only half way there. Just believe in your self and lean on us and remember you are worth EVERY second you spend on this journey. I believe in you! Ang

I seen your post on the board, and I know what you are going through. I haven't had very much motivation in the past couple weeks either, and the workouts become less and less. I am trying really hard to get back on track this week, but I think I am suffering from the winter blues. I am tired of working out inside, I want to go outside and take a long walk. So I am really hoping warm weather gets here soon! Hang in there, and know that you aren't the only one that has been gaining and lacking some motivation!
