That's rly the most difficult part. Sometimes, I would get so overwhelmed with the numbers, I wanted to say "screw it!" I would think, "It's hard enough to lose 50 or 100 pounds, how can I lose 200?" BUT, I tried to stop looking at the big picture. I make goals like, "Ok, I'm in the 240's, so my goal is to get into the 230's." OR if I want to go a little bigger, my goal is to get out of the 200's. Or, my goal is to get into the next pant size down. Yes, I KNOW that my ultimate goal is 150, but that will come in time. I focus now on those little goals, and CELEBRATE them, and REWARD myself. And WOW, that big number has sure gotten a lot smaller in the mean time! :) Hope that helps!
