Sooooooooooo, how IS that schedule going??Sticking with it? Tomorrow is the first show since they booted Tracey!! I cannot wait to see what Jillian and Bob think of her being gone! And my little quote for the day: Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you're keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that Work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it."

How's that new schedule you worked up going??Weigh in tomorrow...............today's quote:" If you are hurt, whether in mind or body, don't nurse your bruises; get up and light heartedly, courageously, get ready for the next encounter. This is the only way to take life - this is also 'playing' the game."

Looks like a great schedule to me--I couldn't do it, I'm such a grumpy person in the mornings LOL Let us all know what's happening with you and your life journey!Maybe a new blog?Isn't it funny (NOT haha) how every distraction to our routines makes such a difference in our weight results? We have to figure out how to keep our heads on straight with every thing life throws at us regardless-we can't afford to let our health suffer every time something throws us.Yep, US-I know one day of having my routine disrupted can set me off for a week or more, and it's so hard to get my head back on track. That's one thing they put so much emphasis on at the Ranch-learning to live in the real life on a eating, exercise, sleeping schedule--let's try to refocus this week and not think about losing so much as maybe just settling into a healthy schedule-if weight falls great, if not, we'll keep at it-it takes approximately 3 weeks for a schedule change to become a routine. We CAN and WILL do this***You in??Show Night-don't miss it!!!
