So far I've gotten in 25 minutes walking the longish way home from work this morning and a 5 mile walk/stroll with Johnny and he stayed awake the whole time (1 hour 35 minutes PLUS about 45 minutes grocery shopping). I'll probably do the long way into work tonight for another 25-30 minutes and MAY sneak in some strength training if my body feels up to it.
Oh yeah ... I'm doing all I can to make up for the gain on Monday!

THAT'S the pace we took during today's 3.5 mile walk/stroll according to the stroller's GPS (which is remarkably accurate). It felt GREAT and Johnny got a nice little nap in for an added bonus
