I found that I like sprouts!!!
I read in an article that sprouts are really very healthy for you, I put them in a salad and a sandwich and they really did fill you up as well as add a bit of flavor to the food!

I try not to do the dessert thing. But low-cal Jello pudding for me is enough of a taste with out feeling guilty.

This is my pre-vacation blog: I hope to stick with!
1) Drink more water, since I am planning a staycation, the faucet is closer to me at home then it is at my desk.
2)Enjoy the outdoors, as I have flexible time to exercise outdoors as well as a schedule that will allow me to go to my favorite work out location.
3)Plan more healthier meals, then to eat off the file cabinets at work!
4)Do a food journal for the week!!!
