I did not get to my challenge yesterday. I got up early and planned on exercising but instead I got on the computer and let time get away from me. When I noticed it was like rats, I had to rush to get ready for Dentist appointment, then I had to pick up bulbs for headlight and tail light for the car, went shopping at the thrift store. By the time I got home from all that it was way past lunch so just grabbed something and started dinner for the family. Then I just couldn't make myself do anything.
So today I decided I would not let myself even get on the computer until I did a workout. Since yesterdays challenge was do something new. I decide I had better get to at least one of those new dvd's and hooray I did the first day of the biggest loser workout. Now all I can think of is HOLD IN YOUR STOMACHE. It's good they remind you because mine was never in when Bob said that. Now I feel good that I did it. You are supposed to switch between 1 & 3 every other day, for the first 3 weeks then do 2 & 4 for 3 more weeks. I hope I can keep up with this it was a really good work out.
