Summer, at least the part where the kids are out of school, is over tomorrow and it's time to get back to the gym. I didn't go to the gym for my regular workouts over the summer. I'm so ready to go back--I gained around 15 pounds over the summer and I'm ready to drop that and more. It wasn't so long ago that Steph and I were almost even in the amount of weight lost and she has kept right on losing while I've been stuck or adding it back on so GREAT job Steph. I'm really looking forward to getting back on track and seeing the pounds melt away. It won't hurt that the BL is back in a few weeks either!!
