After a really bad week the week before, I buckled down, and worked my tail off. I turned the 5 lb gain from the week before into a 6 pound loss this week. I weighed in on Friday and I've actually been working out this weekend some so I expect another good number this week. I bought my wife the Wii Fit with balance board and I'll be darned if that thing isn't fun...even the yoga. I rode my bike this weekend and I'm on my way out to ride it again. I'm breaking out the new BL Yoga w/ Bob and going to do that before I go to bed in a couple of hours. I can see the 200's from where I sit and they are lookin' GOOD!!! What a difference a few good days of working out will do for your mood. I CAN'T wait to get back in that gym on Monday. I looked back in my journal to the day I started my journey in March of 2008. I wrote what I thought was an unreachable long term goal. I wanted to lose 100 pounds by the end of May 2009. Well, as of Friday, I've lost 79.5 and I KNOW I'm going to reach that goal. I need to lose 20.5 pounds in 35 days. I can do it. I WILL do it. I started reading Dr. H's book Where did all the Fat Go? and I know it is possible. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for being supportive and encouraging. I only hope I can be the same to you as you continue your walk to a new, healthier you.
