Last week I didn't do well at all and actually gained 5 pounds. I was angry at myself, but just wanted to re-focus this week. I did much better with the food this week and lost.....7.5 pounds!! I'm excited, but I think some of that was water that I may have been retaining last week due to eating too much salt. Whatever the reason, I'll take it. Thanks to everyone who encouraged me this week--I do appreciate it. Best of luck to everyone this week.
