Willo, my dancing challenge blog is up, but I had to post this and get it off my chest.
Unfortunately, a HORRIBLE week of eating has come back to haunt me. I ate so bad this week that I didn't finish one day of my food log. I was feeling guilty for eating so poorly that I didn't write it down. SO, I weighed in and gained, GAINED, 5 pounds this week. I feel really bad about that, but I've come to far to let that cause me to slide any further. I looked back at my food log and the week I lost 8 pounds I wrote every bite that I ate in the log and was on top of my calorie intake. My goal is to do that again this week and lose those 5 pounds at least 1 extra so I can get back on track. I REFUSE to go back to the old me....I can't let that happen. I hope everyone else has a great weigh in this week and I look forward to posting a big number in the right direction next week.
The good news is I'm only 3 hours behind on being on schedule for the 100 Hour Challenge, so I'm going to try to catch up some more before sunday and be on track by early next week. Best wishes to you all.
