I take a daily multivitamin and try to get in plenty of veggies and at least one piece of fruit. I also eat fresh fish and lean cuts of red meat for the omegas, b's and iron.
Fruit Sensation

My favorite current good fruit recipe is super easy.
I take whatever berries I have, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries...wash them and fill up a small bowl and cover with a good shot of that whipped cream in a can (it is only 5 calories/serving). It isn't a warm chocolate chip cookie, but it sure is good!

My breakfasts this week have been either Cheerios with Skim Milk (290 calories) or oatmeal and yogurt (400 calories.
Sweets for the Sweet

So far the only food I've had this week that might qualify as sugary was a PB and J sandwich on sugar free (is that irony?) Whole Grain Bread. Otherwise, I haven't added sugar to anything or had any desserts or sweets.
