For personal reasons I decided to cancel my gym membership last spring and work out at home. I never really got on track with working out at home and some personal stresses and injuries totally derailed me and I gained back 21 of the 33 pounds I had lost.
So I decided to sell my rowing machine and use the money to cover membership fees at the gym. I joined a new gym on Thursday and I'm going for the first time today for an athletic yoga class. I'm going to go to pilates and yoga tomorrow, and then on Monday I'm going to get started with my regular cardio and strength training routine.This is exactly what I need - physically and mentally 0 so I'm really happy thatI made this decision.
