DD WEEKLY CHALLENGE: Getting Over Your Hurdles
CHALLENGE DURATION: February 8 - 14
Exercise Hurdle:Not working out enough.
When does it happen? When I have a late night and a early morning,I don't always have the strength to work out.
How can you change it? Make a plan in the beginning of the week to make sure I make a enough time.
Nutrition Hurdle:eating over my calories.
When does it happen? When I have a early day and my calories are gone.
How can you change it? Journal and/or pre plan what I will eat that day so I'm not just grabbing food to munch on.
Emotional Hurdle: When somethings bothering me I eat fattier foods,I make excuses.
When does it happen? When family issues come up.
How can you change it? Remember why I'm doing this and remember how good it felt when I relized I was strong to follow through
