DD SELF CHALLENGE: My A-ha Moment
CHALLENGE DURATION: January 18 - 24

I guess my a-ha moment would have to be when My SIL had lost 40 pounds and she wasn't struggling with it,she was feeling good looking good,I would always look in the mirror and just say if only it wasn't so hard,My sil showed me the way and here I am!!!! Now it's not as hard when I stick with it.
