Lunges and Squats

i did 20 lunges and 20 squats
getting back in control

I have pushed myself the last 2 days in my workouts. Wednesday I walked the dog 10 minutes. Then I went to the gym for 90 minutes. I put a good workout together. I started outs on the weights. leg press 155 lbs for 3 sets of 12. Then the leg extentions 60lbs 3 sets of 10. Arm culrs 40lbs 2 sets of 10. I ran 4 flights of stairs to the racquetball caorts for a 15 minute secetion. I jog down the stairs the the stationary bike and rode for 17 minutes. I relaxed in the steamroom for about 3 minutes.
Today I walked the dog 30 minutes. I went to the gym swam 200 meters in 6:30, the hottub for 5 minutes, tredmill 15:06. I did a mile in 11:40 I am so proud of myself. I wanted to quit but instead I upped the speed. I started at 5 and ended on 5.5 mph. I am working on doing a 5k. This afternoon will be 40 minutes of racquetball.
