I heard a quote on the radio today I realy liked. My station has word of encouragement said everyday.
Today's was " Success is how far you bounce when you hit bottom"
I feel like I have bonced high with all life or death has thrown at me in the last eight months. I have stayed strong and let things out through exersice and writing.
I have made my MAY plans for my journey.
Eating: stay with in my 1800 to 2100 calories.
workouts: Ride bike to gym, MWf water aerobics, weights,tth 5k run
