I do an hour at the YMCA every Thursday while my kids do tutoring. I normaly just play racquetball but today I did that and more. I took time to do 10 miutes on the rowing machine and 10 minutes on the stair climber. i also did 20 minutes of racquetball. I broke a a sweat that I wanted to. I burned 1116 calories.I even walked 2.6 miles in the pouring rain.
