My on the go recipe is simple. It's usually just a sammich when I'm in a hurry and headed out the door. I slap some lean lunch meat on some whole grain bread with light mayo and mustard. Depending on my mood, I add veggies like lettuce, tomato, onion, avacado, etc. I also grab some fruit and another light snack like a 100 calorie pack or granola bar. Dn't forget the water! Easy meal on the go!
