This is not a new fact, but it just got brought back up within my team and I want to stress HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO EAT BREAKFAST!!! Preferably within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning! It kick starts your metabolism for the day. And can stall weight loss if you don't. You should make sure you add plenty of protein and whole grains to fuel your body, and fiber to keep you fuller longer!
