To save money, I try to buy a lot of food in bulk. If it is meats, I buy a large pack, then seperate servings into freezer bags. I also try to buy frozen veggies when possible, when I'm not dying for some fresh. I do go to Curves, but when I want to work out at home, instead of buying tons of equipment, I usually walk or use exercise dvds. I also use a Brita pitcher too. That's about all I can think of right now. Healthier food is more expensive a lot of the time, but it's a sacrifice I am willing to make for my health.
