Well... I just started this journey in October of this year. But since then, my fitness and health routines have completely changed. Before, I never exercised. In fact, I avoided it at all costs. Now, I have been steadily exercising between 30 and 50 minutes three times a week. And, I joined the Winter 100 hour challenge. I am pushing myself and getting excited about exercising! Best of all, I feel great! My food consumption has completely changed as well. I used to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I would emotional eat, but even worse, I would eat just to eat. I would seek out different foods, I would eat out a lot, and I would eat past full. Since then, I have thrown out or given away any unhealthy foods from my kitchen. My kitchen is filled with healthy, great choices. I think about what I'm consuming before I eat, I count nutritional information, and I stop when I am full. I am very proud of myself! What a difference a few months can make!
