Happy hump day everyone! This is a good day to re-evaluate what you have been doing during the week. Have you been meeting your goals, pushing yourself that little extra further? If so, fantastic! Keep it up! If not, guess what, it's only the middle of the week. You still have the opportunity to turn things around!
Yesterday I told you all that I went to Curves, but I was trying to motivate myself into getting off my bum and tackling another 20 minutes with Jillian and the shred. I am happy to say that I did do it! I felt like I had to push myself, and I did! Then today, I did it again! Woohoo!
Just a reminder, I am going out of town to celebrate my anniversary. I will be leaving in the morning, and I won’t be coming back until Sunday. Hubby and I will be spending our time just a few hours south of us in lovely Monterey, CA and the surrounding areas. I will check in if I get the chance, but who knows if and when I will get the opportunity. In the mean time, I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week!
