The Biggest Loser League

Hey all! I'm back from my lovely anniversary vacation, and I had the most amazing time. Gonna update you all soon, but right now I am trying to catch up on everything. Just wanted to let you all know that I am here and I missed you. Also, when I weighed in before I left, I was the same. I won't be weighing in again until next Monday.

Happy hump day everyone! This is a good day to re-evaluate what you have been doing during the week. Have you been meeting your goals, pushing yourself that little extra further? If so, fantastic! Keep it up! If not, guess what, it's only the middle of the week. You still have the opportunity to turn things around!

Yesterday I told you all that I went to Curves, but I was trying to motivate myself into getting off my bum and tackling another 20 minutes with Jillian and the shred. I am happy to say that I did do it! I felt like I had to push myself, and I did! Then today, I did it again! Woohoo!

Just a reminder, I am going out of town to celebrate my anniversary. I will be leaving in the morning, and I won’t be coming back until Sunday. Hubby and I will be spending our time just a few hours south of us in lovely Monterey, CA and the surrounding areas. I will check in if I get the chance, but who knows if and when I will get the opportunity. In the mean time, I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week! Happy Tuesday ya'll! Are YOU ready for show #2 of The Biggest Loser tonight? I sure am.. so grab your tissue boxes and your exercise gear, and let's get ready!!! How is everyone's day going anyway? Mine has been going good. I walked to Cuves and did my exercise there again today. I don't usually do 2 days in a row at Curves, but since I will be celebrating my anniversary this weekend, it really doesn't hurt to get a little extra in. I am also hoping to get off my bum and maybe pop in 30 day shred too. That will take some more motivation on my part tho. I will update you all later. Hopefully by telling you, I am holing myself accountable. Or not! LOL. We'll see.

I honestly can't think of anything for this challenge. Whatever I am doing at the moment WORKS! So I don't want to change that. And I haven't tried to lose weight in many years before this. I think the only things I did different then that didn't work, were unhealthy. Things like, just eating right without adding exercise, or eating a lot of diet frozen dinners, or starving myself. They didn't work becuase they are unhealthy and you just shouldn't be doing them. So, I am not gonna give them another try! LOL. That would just be silly!

Today was my weigh day, and I am happy to report that I lost exactly 2 pounds! So I went from 255 to 253, and it brings my total weight loss to date to 114.4 pounds!!! Woohoo! I am super thrilled with that number not only because of the bbq over the weekend, but also that number is just below my before camping weight! So, I am officially back on track and actually down a few points (not pounds yet ;))!!! The trouble will be keeping it off when hubby and I celebrate our anniversary this weekend. eeek! But it will be worth it to indulge. Okay, gotta get ready to leave the house and take Luna to her temperament eval again. Hopefully it all works out this time! I hope everyone had a good day!
