Monday Weigh Day
Posted by: knappkin on
Phew! I got on the scale this morning super nervous from all the food I consumed this week... but Woo Hoo!!!! To my pleasant surprise I lost 2.2 pounds! Oh my, I must say that I have no idea how I did that. I thought that I wouldn't lose anything, or possibly gain. I am so relieved and proud and excited. My total weight loss is now 34.4 pounds!!!
I had a really good day. I went to the movies with my husband and niece. We saw 7 Pounds with Will Smith. It was long and slow, but the story was great and I really liked it. Needless to say, it was too slow for my husband and he got a little bored. Poo on him! It was good. I guess maybe it's more of a chick flick.
Okay... here is the second exciting news for the day... and it just so happens to be my nsv! Well, we all know that the winter challenge started today. Oh yes! Our butts will be kicked! But to get started I told my husband he had to work out with me ;o) He wanted to use the wii fit because he's never used it or even seen it been used. I said we could do that, knowing that I have yet to reach the weight requirement. It's one of my mini goals. But I wasn't going to deprive him of the support he was giving me. After I set him up on it, I just checked to see if I registered on it yet. Guess what?! I DO!!! OMG!!! I was sooo freakin thrilled. I was jumping up and down (not on the balance board of course!) Wow that feels good. I thought I wouldn't be able to use it for another week or so... What a great time to be able to add that to my arsenol of exercise ideas. YAY!!!
